Shipping and Returns

Shipping within the US

Shipping is FREE for orders delivered to addresses within the US and US territories.    We usually ship within 1-2 days after receiving the order. Orders are shipped by USPS first class mail, USPS priority mail, or UPS. Most orders in the US should be received within 7-10 working days. Shipping to Canada

A shipping fee is assessed on Canadian orders.  Orders are shipped by USPS first class mail, USPS priority mail, or UPS and may take up to one to three weeks depending on customs.  If you have not received your order, please contact us at darling@darlingmodels.com.


Return/Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately by e-mail at darling@darlingmodels.com.  We will replace any defective or missing parts. Opened kits may not be returned for a refund. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. A restocking fee may be assessed on all returns and shipping charges will not be refunded.


Undeliverable Packages

When the carrier returns a package as undeliverable, we will issue a full refund less a restocking fee. 
A package might be returned as undeliverable for several reasons:

  • The address is incorrect, missing a PO Box # or is outdated. Usually, the carrier stores the package for a period of time and then returns it to us. Double-check the address carefully when placing your order. 
  • The carrier attempted delivery but failed. If the carrier can't successfully deliver your package, they'll return it to us.
  • The recipient refused the delivery. 
  • The address was illegible. In rare cases, address labels may become impossible to read in transit. If that happens, a carrier will return the package to us. 
  • The package was damaged in transit. If a package is damaged while it's on its way to you, the carrier may return it without attempting delivery.

We can't re-ship orders that carriers return to us as undeliverable. If you still want to purchase items that were undeliverable, place a new order on our website.

If you suspect your order can't be delivered as addressed, check the tracking number provided to you to determine the delivery status of your order. If you haven't received confirmation of its return or refund four weeks after from the estimated delivery date, please contact us at darling@darlingmodels.com.
